The University of British Columbia is a large campus and can be difficult to navigate. To help we have included directions on how to access the Longhouse, which is in the northwest part of campus.

Walking Directions from the North Bus Loop
Walk west along pathway that runs past the bus loop, the Student Rec Centre, and the Old Student Union Building until you come to the road East Mall. Cross East Mall and take Agricultural Road straight until you reach West Mall. Cross the street. The First Nations House of Learning is just down the stairs and to your right.
Head west on West 4th Avenue. West 4th will become Chancellor Blvd and then NW Marine Drive. Take a left on West Mall and then a right on Memorial Road. The Fraser River Parkade will be on your left. The First Nations House of Learning is south of the parkade.
The following buses go to the bus loops at UBC:
- 025 – Brentwood Stn/UBC
- 033 – 29th Ave Stn/UBC
- 041 – Joyce Station/Crown/UBC
- 043 – Joyce Station/UBC
- 044 – UBC/Downtown
- 049 – Metrotown Stn/Dunbar Loop/UBC
- 084 – UBC/VCC Station
- 099 – Broadway Station/UBC (B-Line)
- 480 – Richmond Center/UBC
